Screw Post Binder- User Guide

1. Using the attributes

It is important to know that the screws Post Binder apply only on the "Unfinished End"

1.1. Cabinet Level

-VR-Activate Screw Post Binder : Allows to trigger the Screw Post Binder on the Unfinished End. (they automatically apply on the master and slave part)

1.2. Room level

-VR1-Qt of Screw Post Binder : Allows to modify the quantity of Screws Post Binder. (min 1, max 8)

-VR2 to VR5- "..." Screw Post Binder Position : Allows to modify the bottom, top, left and right positions of the Screws Post Binder.

-VR6-Claw nut : Allows to count claw nuts in the case where a cap nut is not accessible.

By setting "VR6-Claw Nut" as True, you will see them counted in the cabinet Report

2. Settings

There are three settings on this package:

2.1. Language

When you click on a cabinet, the attributes will be in the language of your choice: English or French.

If you wish to change this option:

  1. Go the User Created Standards list
  2. Click on the UCS called VR01 - Vis Relieuse
  3. In the public variables, select the Language you wish

2.2. UCS Settings

It is possible to determine the Ø of the hole for the screw post binder, as well as their positions in X and Y.

  1. Access the list of User Created Standards (UCS)
  2. Click on the UCS called VR02 - Vis Relieuse
  3. In the public variables, put the desired values

2.3. Material Schedule Settings

In all the Pull Schedules, the correct materials must be assigned to the three new parts. (This will allow to count the Screw Post Binder hardware)
